Questions & Answers

At Glo Clinic, we utilize advanced FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) techniques, along with Smart Pen technology for high-density, precise graft placement and natural hairline design.

The procedure typically takes between 5 to 10 hours in a single session, depending on your Norwood hair loss grade, the total graft count required, and the chosen implantation technique.

You can resume daily routines gradually according to your physician’s post-op instructions. Your doctor will provide full guidance on how and when to perform your first hair wash around day 10 post-procedure to keep the new grafts secure.

  • Months 1–2: Temporary shedding (shock loss) occurs as follicles enter a natural growth cycle.

  • Month 4: Initial fine hair growth begins to sprout.

  • Month 6: Noticeable coverage and density improvements emerge.

  • Month 12: Full maturity and maximum density are reached for the final clinical evaluation.

Care continues beyond procedure day with scheduled post-op check-ins, recovery packs, medication guidance, and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) maintenance sessions to stimulate follicle healing and maximize long-term graft survival.
